The chakras are energy centers in the body that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Chakras originate from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, specifically Hinduism and Buddhism, and were first mentioned in the Vedas, sacred texts dating back over 3,000 years.

There are seven main chakras, each associated with a specific color, location, and function:

Violet/White - Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Location: Top of head | Purpose: Spiritual connection

Balanced: Inner peace, enlightened | Blocked: Disconnection, lack of purpose

🟣 Indigo - Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Location: Forehead | Purpose: Intuition & wisdom

Balanced: Clear vision, intuitive | Blocked: Confusion, doubt

🔵 Blue - Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Location: Throat | Purpose: Communication & truth

Balanced: Expressive, honest | Blocked: Fear of speaking up

Location: Center of chest | Purpose: Love & compassion

Balanced: Open-hearted, kind | Blocked: Heartbreak, resentment

🟡 Yellow - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
